What it does
Point it at a folder and it reads the spreadsheets, PDFs, and documents there, then produces Word documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Plugins add ready-made skills, like a full SEO audit of your website. Anthropic now describes Cowork as part of Claude, so you may see either name in the desktop app.

How to get started
- Open a new Claude Cowork prompt and type: claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins
- Then type: claude plugin install Marketing
- Type a single / to see the skills the plugin added.
- Run /seo-audit followed by your website address.
