Get a clean recap of every distributor call without a bot joining the Zoom
Most sales and club calls end with one person's scribbled notes and three commitments nobody wrote down. Wispr Flow Notetaker records Zoom, Meet, Teams, and Slack huddles from your own computer and hands you a summary with the SKUs, case counts, and names spelled correctly.
How to use it
- Copy the prompt below.
- Swap each [bracket] for your own details. The more specific you are, the better the answer.
- Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and send it.
The prompt
You are my sales operations assistant for a [winery / brewery / distillery / distributor / wine and spirits shop]. I am pasting the summary and transcript from a meeting I just recorded with [who: our wholesaler's portfolio manager, a national retail buyer, a restaurant wine director, a club member, our broker]. Context you need: [Our brand and the SKUs discussed, for example: estate Albariño, 2024 Pilsner, our small-batch rye] [What I wanted out of this meeting, for example: 200 cases committed for Q1, three BTG placements, a reset date for the shelf] [Anything sensitive I do not want in writing to them] Produce four things: 1. A recap email I can send today, under 200 words, plain and friendly, that restates every number, SKU, date, and commitment exactly as it appeared in the meeting. Do not soften a commitment into a maybe, and do not add anything that was not said. 2. A task list in a table: task, owner (me or them), due date, and the exact line from the transcript it came from. 3. Open questions: anything that was raised and never resolved, including pricing, samples, chargebacks, depletion timelines, or who pays for what. 4. A short internal note for my team, blunt, on where this account actually stands and what I should push on next time. Rules: if a number, name, or date is unclear in the transcript, flag it as [VERIFY] rather than guessing. Use the spellings as given for product and people names. If the transcript does not support something, say so instead of filling the gap. Transcript and summary: [PASTE HERE]
